Because not many, not even the Gundam SEED character players themselves, know about Gundam SEED Astray canon...

There are many different sections of Gundam SEED Astray:

Gundam SEED Astray
Gundam SEED Astray R
Gundam SEED Astray B
Gundam SEED X Astray
Gundam SEED Destiny Astray

Gundam SEED Astray, Astray R, and Astray B take place all at the same time. In fact, these three sections can be considered to be one whole section, but because Astray and Astray R are by different artists, and Astray B is a photonovel, they are separated into different sections. Astray and Astray R follow the adventures of the amazing trashman Lowe Guele, while Astray B follows the steps of the mercenary Gai Murakumo.

X Astray is a sidestory to the Astray timeline, and it follows a new character, Canard Pars, in his quest to kill Kira Yamato.

Destiny Astray is the sidestory of Gundam SEED Destiny, and is still continuing. Destiny Astray is led by Jess Rabble, a photographer out to get the truth.
